By accessing or using Psychedelic Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

To purchase courses, you must create an account with accurate information including your name, email, and license details where applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account.

Our courses are designed for licensed practitioners and others working in or training for the psychedelic therapy field. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Purchasing a course grants you a non-transferable license to view the content for your own continuing education. To earn a certificate, you must complete the video, pass the quiz, and submit the course evaluation. Course content may be updated; access continues for as long as your account remains active.

Course prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of purchase. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge that method for your purchases.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us. Refund decisions consider course completion status, time since purchase, and the circumstances of the request.

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails and, where applicable, text messages related to your account, including verification, password resets, purchase confirmations, course completion notifications, certificate notices, and account security alerts. These are required to operate the service.

You may also receive optional marketing communications about new courses, educational content, and platform updates. You may opt in or out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or via unsubscribe links in marketing messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Certificates issued by Psychedelic Course document successful completion of our courses. We are not a DORA-approved CE provider, and we do not report completions to DORA on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining your own CE records and producing documentation if requested by regulatory authorities.

All course content, including videos, quizzes, certificates, course materials, the platform itself, and the Psychedelic Course brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or share course content without our express written permission.

You agree not to: share your account credentials; circumvent course completion requirements; reverse-engineer the platform; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that course content meets every regulatory requirement in every jurisdiction. Our courses are educational and do not constitute legal, medical, or clinical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psychedelic Course is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms or for unlawful conduct. You may close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
